Had a decent time in my Queen Room. The air conditioning worked well, and I appreciated the refrigerator for snacks. The bathroom was okay with free toiletries and a shower. The indoor swimming pool was a nice touch, but the breakfast could use some improvement. Wifi was reliable, which was a plus.

Huge room for a gal with bad knees, and oh-so-friendly service made my stay comfy!

Toilets might be more clogged than my schedule on a busy day!

Housekeeping helped with my son, but the area felt unsafe with many homeless around.

Checked in to Super 8 in Lacey and right away saw the trash overflowing in the lobby. It didn’t look clean. The room had a flickering light and the TV didn’t work. The bed sheets had stains, which made it hard to feel comfortable. I definitely noticed the smell of smoke and animal odor in the hall. I went to the breakfast area expecting something decent, but found a few cold cereals and expired granola bars. Nothing appetizing there. The only plus? The staff seemed nice and helpful, but the place was overwhelmed with issues. Parking was easy and the Wi-Fi worked without trouble. Just not a pleasant stay overall.
